Lag when switching chartbooks that have different colors from global graphics settings

This didn't used to happen when I was on 2812, I updated to 2939 yesterday and I noticed that when I switch chartbooks, my chartbooks have 5 naked candlestick charts, nothing crazy. I noticed that if charts in the chartbook have a color scheme diff than the global graphics settings, then theres a pretty noticeable lag as the switch over is reconciling the charts inside the chart book, i see blue outlines as if they were not maximized as they're getting maximized. Is this a known issue or limitation?

it might just be chartbooks with 5-7 charts, regardless of graphics scheme
