We have not received your log. Are you selecting the button for "Send Log to Support" in the upper right corner of the installation window? Are you trying to install this on a MAC or Linux OS? Sierra Chart is only supported to run on Windows, therefore you would need an emulator if you are trying to install on a different OS.
