Denali data feed: relaying to a separate server via local bridge — permitted?

I run an automated trading system on a separate Linux server. I want to run Sierra Chart with the Denali data feed on a Windows machine, and use a small local program on that same Windows machine to read the Denali market data (via DTC or the data files) and relay it to my Linux server for the automated system to consume. I understand the DTC market-data restriction limits streaming to the local machine. My bridge program would run ON the same machine as Sierra Chart (so the DTC client is local), and only my own normalised data would leave that machine to my own server. Two questions: 1. Is this permitted under the Denali / CME data licence, or does it require the restriction to be lifted for an approved purpose? 2. If it needs approval, what is the process to get it approved? This is for my own single-user automated system, not redistribution to any third party. |

It doesn't matter the purpose, you are not allowed to use the DTC Protocol to access the real-time data. Refer to the following: Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol Server: Restrictions You can access the data from the files, or from a custom study in the software. In these cases, you are not actually getting the real-time data, so it is allowed.
