Can a volume profile be on the same graph divided into 2 sessions, i.e. from 09:30 to 18:00 and from 18:00 to 09:30, or do we need 2 separate graphs?

You can do this on a single chart. There are several ways to accomplish it, but the simplest would be to use the "Custom Intraday Sessions" Input options in the Volume by Price study.
