when i open sierra chart i cannot get into my live account to trade looks like im not connecting to anything and cannot find my account number to open in sierra chart

Our servers show that you are connected to a trading account using Teton for the order routing. If this is correct, then as long as there is not a checkmark next to "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On", then you are trading live.
