How can I extract data from a study. I am interested in exporting the TPO, VAL, VAH, LVN data. For example LVN is referenced by SG29 in the attached image. How do I extract that data?

You can not get any of this information directly from the TPO study, as it is not made available through that study.

To get the VAL/VAH information, you would need to use another chart and use the "TPO Value Area Lines" study. Refer to the following:
TPO Value Area Lines

We do not know what you are wanting in terms of the "TPO".

The Peaks and Valleys information can only be accessed through a custom study. Refer to the following function for this:
ACSIL Interface Members - Functions: sc.GetStudyPeakValleyLine()

And with regards to other TPO data, refer to the following:
