Hello Sierra Chart Support,

I am having problems customizing the Trade DOM.

When I open Trade DOM Settings, many of the options under Graphics Settings and General Settings do not have any effect.

I also disable "Use Default Settings" by changing it from Yes to No, but most settings still do not change anything on the Trade DOM. Only a few options seem to work, while many others are ignored.

Could you please explain why this is happening? Is there another setting, a global configuration, or a template that is overriding my Trade DOM settings?

I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to make all Trade DOM settings editable and effective.

Thank you very much for your help.

Kind regards,
Velimir

First, make sure you are making changes in the correct Graphics Settings. If you select "Chart >> Graphics Settings >> Graphics Settings - Colors" on the Trading DOM. Then in order for those to apply to the chart, the option for "Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings" needs to be set to "No" (or disabled). Then you can make changes on that window and have them affect that Trading DOM.

If that option is set to "Yes", then you need to use the global graphics settings by selecting "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Colors" in the main Sierra Chart window.

Once you have the correct window selected, then most of the items that affect the "Trading DOM" will be listed in the tab for "Trade DOM" (or if you are not on a current release, then the entry will start with "Trade DOM..."). As you note, there are only a few items that would affect the Trade DOM that are not specifically listed as being for the Trade DOM.
