Hi, The phone number when i am to perform a payment is not the same as the one in my personal account details. I don't know which is the phone number you have registered when doing payments; please change to the one in my personal account information. |

There is only one place your telephone number is set in your Sierra Chart account information. This is here and it can be changed: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo If a payment processor has a different phone number, we would not know how that could be changed.
