Subject: Account 31673343 - Orders Rejected Due to 'Trading Locked' Flag (Teton CME Routing) Dear Support Team, I am experiencing a persistent issue with my trading account (Account #31673343) that is preventing me from placing any new orders. I am trading through Sierra Chart, connected via Teton CME Routing, on the MESU26_FUT_CME (Micro E-mini S&P 500, Sep 2026) contract. Every new order I submit is being rejected with the following message in the Trade Service Log: "New order rejected - 'Trade >> Trading Locked' is enabled." I have thoroughly checked the Sierra Chart software on my end, including: - The main Trade menu (global setting) - The Trade menu within the specific DOM window for MESU26_FUT_CME - The Trade menu within the chart window - General Trade Settings and Global Settings In every location, the "Trading Locked" option is unchecked (not enabled). I also performed a "Refresh Trade Data From Service" and restarted the relevant windows, but the issue persists. Despite this, every order submission - both before and after these checks - is still rejected with the exact same "Trading Locked" message, spanning multiple hours and dozens of order attempts (Internal Order IDs 3546 through 3605 and counting). Since the connection to Teton CME Routing itself appears to be active and functioning normally (it is successfully retrieving my account data, positions, and balances), I believe this lock is being applied on the server/routing side rather than in my local Sierra Chart configuration. Could you please check whether there is a trading lock or restriction placed on my account (#31673343) on your end, and remove it if there is no legitimate reason for it to be active? Please let me know if you need any additional information, such as further log excerpts or screenshots, which I can provide.
