Hello, I am not able to make order fills visible in Sierra Chart. Also my study doesn't see the fills like it did with Teton. 1. Trade Service Log says it received 2 order fills from Rithmic which indicates data for current day should be available 2. Chart Symbol NQU6.CME, trade symbol MNQU6.CME 3. Denali data 4. Account number on chart top-left corner is right 5. Account number in Trade Window is right 6. Filter initial fills of existing position: NO 7. Days to download order fills: 999 8. Download Historical Order Fills: YES 7. Orders seen in Trade Activity Log: Yes 8. Rithmic market data username and pass: BLANK 9. Rithmic Historical data username and pass: same as trading credentials 10. Order fills start date: BLANK 11. Sierra version: latest 12. Errors in logs: NO 13. Show order fills: ENABLED 14. Only orders from chart: DISABLED 15. Symbol in Trade Activity log orders: MNQU6.CME 16. Use as trade only symbol: YES 17. Trade simulation mode: NO 18. The only other thing we can think of is that "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" needs to be disabled (no checkmark). Hey, I checked everything from there, did not help. Btw I also see "NPL: 0C" all the time above the account number in top-left corner even though I make trades for that account and can see them in Trade Activity log for that same account number. I also tried "Additionally manually set trading account". EDIT: I'm not able to see order fills of sim trades either. Or open SIM positions. No errors anywhere. I don't know what happened. I associated it with changing to Rhithmic but SIM is broken too. I am only able to see the OCO bracket but no open position or fills in SIM even though they are enabled and should be shown and Sim account is selected in Trade Window. Maybe it's related to that when it changed symbols automatically from MNQU26_FUT_CME to MNQU6.CME etc format when I switched to a Rithmic broker. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-07-07 01:07:10

I changed back to AMP futures + Teton and SIM order fills and position lines started working. I translated symbols to MNQU26_FUT_CME format when it asked. Now I switched back to LucidTrading + Rithmic and again translated symbols to MNQ6U.CME format when it asked and SIM is now working for some reason. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-07-07 01:14:40

Now I also see live trading order fills. So there was something wrong with symbol maps.
