Hi dear Sierra Chart Support, I wanted to know what does "Verified Trading Accounts Ending Date" meant? The reason i'm asking is, it's ending on 2026-07-29, and i'm just starting to get "good" at trading, Is there any document or something (KYC) or a payment i need to make to extend this? The "Verified Trading Account Ending Date" is the date that we keep to know if you are compliant with the CME Group requirement of having a live, funded, futures, trading account. Whenever you connect to your live account, this date is changed to 30 days in the future. As long as it is in the future, then you are qualified to continue to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates. Should that date not be in the future, and you are setup for a non-professional exchange for the CME Group, then you will no longer get the real-time data. The thing "special" you need to do regarding that date is remember to connect to your live trading account at least once a month.
