I've made the services payment of $46, I see it deducted on my credit card. But it won't allow me to connect to data, or manually renew.

We see a payment in the amount of $46.00 added to your account on July 2, 2026 at 14:22:32 UTC.

You then proceeded to select the "Renew Now" button for the packages on July 2, 2026 at 14:23:15 UTC, which means you added an additional 1 month of Usage Time to your account. Doing this, removed the $46.00 from your Services Surplus in exchange for that Usage Time.

At this time, you have 78 days of Usage Time remaining in your account.

If this is not what you intended to do, then let us know and we can refund the 1 month that you added and put the $46.00 back in your Services Surplus.

We do need to point out that the exchange that you had active in June did not automatically renew on July 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.
