i have no data on rithmic/sierra chart. My sierra status bar shows connection -Lucid offers no help, says issuce is on Sierra side. Rithmic connection window shows data

I submitted the funds on 6/30. did I miss an auotherization to enable continuation? also, my exchange fees did not combine with my semi annual payments - not sure how that hapened

You made the payment on July 1, 2026 at 00:32:30 UTC. Sierra Chart does everything based on UTC time, so you were 32 minutes too late for the payment, as the exchanges are renewed right after midnight on the first day of each month in UTC time. We are not sure what you mean by your "my exchange fees did not combine with my semi annual payments". The exchange fees are separate from the package fees, and they renew at different cycles. The exchange renew on a calendar month basis, whereas packages are on a rolling 31 day cycle.
