After SierraChart Update - ES Data 10 Minute Delayed

I just updated to the newest version of SierraChart, and now, all of my CME data is 10 minutes delayed. CFD and stock prices seem to be coming in correctly. Please help. Also, the mini "chart values window" has disappeared and I can not get it to come back no matter what settings I change in the global settings. |

SOrry. It was an exchange data error. It didnt auto renew. However, I would still like to get the chart value window - the mini one - back on my displays. No clue what happened to it.

To get the "Compact Tool Values" window to display, make sure there is a checkmark next to "Window >> Show Compact Tool Values Window". Then the window should be showing up based on your settings (i.e. it may only be present when you actively have the crosshair active, but there are various settings that control this). If it is still not showing when you have everything working as it should be (based on your settings), then select "Chart >> Reset Child Windows" and then try again to have it displayed, this should resolve it.
