Custom study DLLs are not loading

Custom study DLLs are not loading. Sierra Chart reports 'No custom study function names found' for all custom DLLs including ones that previously worked. This happens after a fresh reinstall of Sierra Chart version 2888. Antivirus is disabled. The DLLs are in the Data folder. Account: LogosCapital. Please help."

Please do the following: - Select "Window >> Message Log" - On the Message Log select "Edit >> Clear Log" - answer "Yes" to the pop-up confirmation to clear the log. - Set the Message Log aside. - Select "Analysis >> Studies" - On the Chart Studies window, select the button for "Add Custom Study" - Select "Cancel" to close the Chart Studies window - Go to your Message Log and select "Edit >> Copy Log" - Paste the contents of your log to this thread For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The file exists in the folder, compiled successfully, but the log generates the following message. so the specific file it is not visible at the list with custom studies. one week ago this process used to work successfully.
