Hi guys, Is it possible to get a hold of free data for Z, the FTSE futures contract, without subscribing to data? If so, how might I go about doing that? I can't find that contract listed in Sierra so I'm assuming this isn't possible. And if it's not possible, how might I go about getting this data from a paid source? Thanks! |

It's available 15m delayed. But the prices don't update via a QuoteBoard for some reason. FTSE ticker is ZU26-LIFFE |

Thanks for your reply Calculus. What data service are you on when getting this data? I can't find the symbol in the symbol search so I pasted it directly into the chart's symbol settings and received the 'Service client does not support market data subscriptions' message, which tells me the symbol is indeed correct as you gave it.

I'm using the standard SC-Data for my feed and under that I have loads of different Exchanges including LIFFE. I don't know why you're not getting at least 15 min delayed because there's no cost for delayed. Maybe wait and see if SC Engineering makes a post here to help. |

Updated to latest version, restarted, disconnected and reconnected feed, now it's loading but the data seems frozen in place, charts aren't updating and data isn't flowing. A real head-scratcher. Thanks for your help in any case, much appreciated.

The LIFFE data we have available is "End of Day" data. So it updates only at the end of the day for that day. We do not have delayed streaming data. This data is free with any package.
