Hello, I purchased Service Package 10 today, but I need Numbers Bars / Footprint charts, so I actually need Package 11. Could you please help convert/upgrade my current Package 10 purchase to Package 11 and apply the remaining value/credit from Package 10? I do not want to pay the full Package 11 amount on top of the Package 10 payment if possible. Thank you.
