I'm a new user — created my account today (6/23/2026) and have been trying to get Sierra Chart running for the first time. Setup: MacBook Air, running Windows 11 inside Parallels Desktop (Standard Edition) Sierra Chart installed to C:\sierrachart Windows Defender real-time protection was disabled and C:\sierrachart was added as an exclusion before installing Installation log shows it completed successfully ("Sierra Chart is up to date. No updates were downloaded.") When I launch SierraChart_64.exe (either via desktop shortcut, directly from the folder, or via Run as Administrator), the program opens for approximately 1-2 seconds and then closes on its own. No error message appears at any point. I have not yet been able to see a login window at all — it closes before any window becomes visible long enough to interact with. What I've already tried: Fresh reinstall with antivirus exclusions properly configured Running as Administrator Launching via Command Prompt Confirmed install completed without file errors Is this a known issue with Parallels/Apple Silicon specifically? Is there a way to generate a more detailed crash log or enable a debug/verbose startup mode so I can capture what's actually failing? |

There is an ARM version of Sierra Chart in the main installation folder along with the x64 version. It is named SierraChart_ARM64.exe. Try using that executable instead.
