Hi, I subscribed to the basic+advanced futures plan but when i open a chart on the platform, the data is restricted to just a few days (intraday). How can i set it up to have longer historical data for me to do some backtesting? Also, I am not really sure if this plan is the one i need?. I am not going to trade live for now, only want long historical data available for practicing/testing (mainly futures). Thanks |

The packages do not have any restrictions on the amount of historical data you can load. Refer to the following regarding loading more data: Loading More Or Less Data into an Intraday Chart If the Days to Load does not resolve the issue, then be sure to select the link at the end of the above section for further things to do to increase the data. -- The "Base" packages are what you want to be on if you are not trading or need real-time data.
