Jumbled Trade Fills on Chart

I am getting my data from Denali and I am trading on Interactive Brokers. The order fills lines are completely jumbled. My Trade Account window shows one IB account that I am not using.

When I Delete All Data and Download, the Order Fills Start Date/Time reverts back and I have to reset the Order Fills start date each time.

That does not make sense. No such functionality exists like this, and it is not reproducible. When I Delete All Data and Download, the Order Fills Start Date/Time reverts back and I have to reset the Order Fills start date each time. ***I have to REAPPLY the chart settings each time.
