Daily OHLC study overlay High CPU usage

Im running SC in Linux Mint. I overlayed the Daily OHLC study just showing prior day H/L on my DOM. The minute I do, cpu usage goes from 44% to 99% Attached are the settings for the study. Am I missing something or maybe a different way to do this? |

Plase get us a chartbook that can reproduce this with just the two charts on it and the two studies (Daily OHLC on one chart, and Study/Price Overlay on the other chart). We will see if we can reproduce it and see what may be occurring. Attached. If you remove the OHCL from the DOM, the CPU usage should drop 50% or so |

You have a massive amount of data being loaded into that Trade DOM. You have .25 second bars for three days. This is insane. This is where the inefficiency is. Increase this to like 5 minutes per bar in the Chart >> Chart Settings for the Trade DOM.

Yes, a higher timeframe per bar (which are hidden) will hugely speed it up.
