Hi I have a issue candles are very small is there any way to make them bigger ( by not zooming them in ) I have tried in charts graphs and global I may do something wrong is my 3 rd day in sierra - Please help screen shot in attachment |

We need more information on what exactly you are referring to in terms of the candles being small? Are you referring to the vertical height of the bars, or the horizontal size or spacing of the bars? Sorry for late replay - so what it is when i zoom in candles stay the same size and they are very small - I was trying to change thickness in graph options and they get only thicker and space between candles that what I was able to find . SO my question is there an option when I zoom in the candles will become bigger ( I have to zoom very closely in order to get right size ) please advice

I also I have another issue after I installed market depth historical data - collared lines started appearing on my other screens please see attachment Video - even when I hide the MDHD they are not despairing - I monitors are benq any Idea what can be

We are still not understanding the situation you are describing. What do you mean by "zoom in"? What exactly are you doing? Also, please get us an image of what you are seeing so we can understand what size you are referring to. We have never seen or heard of this. Our best guess is that you are having an issue with your graphics card. We recommend doing a test of your graphics card to see if there is anything in particular occurring with it. I manage to sort out the zoom in mode - was very simple - thank you fro your replay I found another issue my candle stick frozen but the price is moving - I have re sent all studies ( i have 6 of them only ) i have check all settings in chart -time and data feed is all fine I have no Idea how to fix this I tried with Ai and could not found how to sort this out so literally my candles are frozen and they are not moving |
