Good morning support. I have an AMP account with Denali data feed through Teton Order Routing and my data is showing delayed. I have logged onto my AMP account multiple times to keep the service active. Attached is a document 3 pages long showing the following: - Message at top of screen showing connected to Denali [M] and delayed - Data/Trade Service Settings - Sierra Chart account details - Denali data status I appreciate your help in resolving this issue. |

You do not have any exchanges active in order to get the real-time data. You last had it active in April and it did not renew on May 1, 2026 due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.
