Historical Intraday Data Download Failed Error, permission denied

Hi having problem downloading historical data . The error is "Historical Intraday Data Download Failed permission denied". Dont know how to fix, i use windows firewall seams there is no issue and i even use port 80 . The only thing i did was update sierra but change to previous version and its the same. Thanks in advance |
