Question About ACSIL Automated Trading and Data Usage

Hello Sierra Chart Support, I want to confirm the correct and allowed way to use Sierra Chart before I activate the service and exchange data. My goal is to build a personal automated trading system inside Sierra Chart using ACSIL. The ACSIL study would run inside Sierra Chart and may read: * Chart data * Time and Sales * Bid/Ask data * Market Depth * Numbers Bars / Footprint data * Volume Profile / Cumulative Delta studies The study would generate trading decisions inside Sierra Chart and submit simulated or live orders through Sierra Chart’s trading functionality. I do not want to use Sierra Chart as an external market data server, and I do not want to redistribute, resell, or provide raw exchange data to any third party. I only want to know if the following is allowed: 1. Reading Sierra Chart data internally through ACSIL for a personal automated trading system. 2. Submitting simulated/live orders from ACSIL through Sierra Chart. 3. Optionally sending only derived information to my private external application, such as trade signal result, order status, performance logs, or risk decision — not raw market data, not Time and Sales, and not Market Depth. 4. Using this setup with Denali Exchange Data Feed and CME/COMEX markets such as GC or MGC. Can you please confirm whether this setup is allowed under Sierra Chart rules and exchange data rules? 1. Yes. 2. Yes. 3. Yes - you can export whatever you want, including data, just not data in real-time (which the system does not allow you to do anyway). 4. You can do this with any market.
