Good day,

I have been using NTFY, and it worked great for a while. However, it suddenly stopped sending image links. I'm wondering if this is an issue affecting everyone or if it's just isolated to me. I'm still receiving the alerts, but the image links are no longer coming through. I also checked the file path where the images are stored, and the images are being captured correctly. I noticed there is an image log .txt file, and it no longer appears to be outputting the current image links.

We are checking on this. There is another person that has reported the same issue.

In the process of testing, we accidentally reset the notifications for your account. We are truly sorry about this. You will need to setup the ntfy app again using the new credentials you will get starting at Step #9 at the following link:
Chat and Communications Platform: Integration with Mobile Ntfy Application

Again, our sincerest apologies for this, we did not realize we were changing your account.

After resetting up my ntfy app, and setting up an alert, I am getting the link to the image in the chat and that link is being sent to my ntfy app.

Are you getting the link showing properly in the chat?

Are you getting the notification of the alert itself, but not the image link as a separate item?

Unfortunately, no. I did experience a couple of crashes while I was developing a study before this issue started occurring. Maybe that's the cause?

So it's probably not an issue with ntfy, if the Chat is not getting the link.

Check your Alert setup for the alert number in which the information is being sent to the chat. Make sure the option for "Capture Chart Image on Alert for Chart" is set to "Yes" for that particular alert.

Are you getting any error messages in the Window >> Alert Manager >> Log, that show that you have exceeded the number of allowed uploaded images.

No, I tried it with a different study and even created a new group chat, but I'm still not receiving any image links.

When a chart image is uploaded, check the Window >> Message Log and see if you see a message like this:
2026-06-16 02:07:21.207 | Uploaded an image to the server. Request ID: 1

It works now. Thank you! Would it be possible to add a toggle that automatically deletes a certain number of images at Account Control Panel >> Manage Images

You are currently able to go to the Bulk Image Deletion tab, select Check All and click Delete Images, to delete all the images on a single page.

We can add an option that would delete the older 25% of images on a daily basis if an account would reach 90% capacity for images.
