Hello -- I've refrained from making this post earlier to ensure my concerns were not premature. Across the forum, there are other members mentioning identical issues. I currently use the Denali data feed for CME Group data. I am located in Massachusetts. I am beyond sure my hardware and network are not the issue, as they exceed in performance in relation to my concerns. Since February 2026, there are occasional high vol events occurring in the indices, where Denali freezes to load the data, and the charts become stale, until further waiting or reconnection (to reload quicker). The events primarily occur on the morning open (9:30 - 9:40 EST) and during periods of high volume. It is seen on volatile instruments (NQ futures). For one, CQG and RITHMIC datafeeds are not experiencing these as often, and I have isolated the incidents where CQG, RITHMIC, and DENALI all have issues concurrently. Beyond this, I believe that Denali is experiencing these issues more frequently under load, as many users are also reporting similar things. For example, on 6/12/2026, using ticker NQM26_FUT_CME, a general vol event seen at 9:40:40 created freezes across multiple data sources; however, another event at 9:42:50 was isolated to DENALI's data feed. I should mention that the issues in the morning open have not occurred as frequently since June 2026, and have not disconnected my data feed. However, the more recent issues simply freeze the charts in an attempt to load data. More generally, the Denali feed is very stable and performs well. I hope you can identify the issues; it is a recurring issue. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-06-12 14:40:47
