Chart blank after entering XAGUAD and click change chart symbol, can not load GC Gold

Hello I entered XAGUSD as the symbol and clicked change chart symbol, after that, my chat went blank and I cannot load any data for gold. even when I try to close chat not save all, restart open my files and show me error downloading failed historical daily data for gold, not available. I have my Original Gold.Cht file saved. could you please help me restore it? Thank you. |

The symbol in the chart is "XAGUAD". It should be "XAGUSD", although this symbol is for the Silver CFD. The correct symbol for Gold CFD is "XAUUSD". Be sure to use the "Find Symbol" window and look up the symbol in the appropriate section - "CFD - FXCM" - in this case, to ensure you get the correct symbol.
