I am on Service pack 11 and notice crypto symbols not showing up anymore. This occurred after last Friday the 5th of June 2026. Anyone notice the same ?

What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?

hi, its set to 'CQG WebAPI (Trading)'. Have not changed it since the setup last 2-3 weeks.

Our Crypto data is not available when you are connected to CQG. In order to get that data, you will need a separate installation of Sierra Chart and keep it connected to "SC Data" (the default). Then you get the crypto data we have available in that installation.
