Good morning, today I was setting up my DOM but it only shows 2 levels on the bid column and 2 levels on the ask column. I searched every post here on the support board, both for historical levels and current levels, but none solved my problem. I checked the days loaded, my active subscription is for package 11 and cme non professional with market depth data. I can't really figure it out. I also tried to redonwload historical market depth data but still 2 levels appear. The problem is with all my charts, not just the DOM chart I'm setting, even if i use the Draw DOM graph on chart, it appears with just 1 level from bid and ask. |

On the weekend when the markets are closed, you may not see all of the market depth levels. Usually not. Do you see more than two levels now?

Yesterday I tried again and still could just see one level above and below. Both for live data and historical. Today I tried again and I can see all the levels. Don't know what happened. Sorry to have bother you. Now everything's working correctly |
