Hi has anyone had any problems with account support this week? As my account that I've had for over a year has been blocked for debit card payments and I can't get a response from them to un-block it. I have been trying all day?

Sierra Chart has not "closed up".

The first thing you need to understand is that you have posted in the Account Support Tickets which is a lower priority over this Support Board.

Second, you have posted nine times for the same issue. You only need to post once. We will get to it. But for the fastest response, post in this Support Board.

In terms of the issues you are having, you were trying to make payments with our Payment Processor of PayPal V2 and those payments were declined. We are not given any information on why, and we are seeing more declined payments from them recently.

Please use our payment processor of "Stripe" which is available on the same Payments page. Most often, people can make a payment using them when PayPal V2 is not working.

If you have attempted more than 5 times and now are getting a message that your account is "blocked" from being able to make any payments and you can not get access to our Payments page, then you will need to wait 24 hours for that block to be removed. You can then make a new payment.

Ahh Thank you a response...That's all I wanted.
