I keep pumping money into this platform and it only lasts for a week before cutting me off and asking for money again - i cant just keep pumping money in like a slot machine - i bought all the relevant data. Can someone please ecplain whats happening ? This is not sustainable Thank you |

Look over the transactions and look at the active services and it should all make sense. A few items of note: - The Packages and the Exchange Fees renew at different times and using different processes. -- The packages renew on a rolling 31 day process based on when you last activated your package. So the exact date of renewal each month will change, as not all months have 31 days in them. -- The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So the renewal will occur on the first day of each month. When you activate an exchange, you pay the full amount to get the data for the remainder of that month. Then you need to pay again on the first day of the following month. The last point above is important in your case, as you activated several exchanges around May 20, 2026. Therefore, you paid the full amount for those exchanges to get the data through the end of May. On June 1, 2026, you did not have enough funds in your account to cover the cost of the renewals for those exchanges, so they were deactivated on June 1, 2026. And you were given information on this when you activated the exchanges. Each time, you are shown information before confirmation that you want to activate the exchange that you will be getting data through the end of the current month. At this time, you do not have any exchanges active.
