Numbers Bars: How to Group 4 Ticks Per Row?

Hello,

I am trying to replicate a footprint setup from MotiveWave.

In MotiveWave, the chart is configured as:

* NQ
* Range Bar = 80 ticks
* Footprint / Volume Imprint
* Tick Interval = 4

The 4-tick interval compresses the footprint so that an 80-tick range bar remains readable and does not become excessively tall.

In Sierra Chart I am using:

* Numbers Bars
* Range Per Bar - Standard (in ticks)
* Bar Period Value = 80

However, the footprint becomes very elongated because each 0.25 tick price level is displayed individually.

Is there a Sierra Chart equivalent to MotiveWave's "Tick Interval" setting that groups multiple price levels into a single footprint row (for example, 4 ticks per row)?

If so:

1. What is the equivalent setting called in Sierra Chart?
2. Is it available in standard Numbers Bars?
3. Can it be achieved through Volume at Price Multiplier, Price Increment in Ticks Per Row, or another setting?

My goal is to keep an 80-tick NQ range chart while compressing the footprint rows similarly to MotiveWave's 4-tick interval.

Thank you.

1. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Volume at Price Multiplier for Historical/Intraday Chart (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Volume at Price menu)

2. Not sure what you are asking here, but the above works with all volume based studies.

3. See above.

Thank you for the reply.

I may not be explaining my question clearly.

I am trying to replicate a footprint setup from MotiveWave.

In MotiveWave I can use:

Range Bar = 80 ticks
Tick Interval = 4

This keeps the bar size at 80 ticks but groups the footprint rows into 4-tick increments, making the footprint much more compact and readable.

When I use an 80-tick Range Bar in Sierra Chart with Numbers Bars, every individual price level is displayed, causing the footprint to become very tall.

My question is:

Does Sierra Chart have an equivalent setting that groups multiple price levels into a single Numbers Bars row (for example 4 ticks per row), while keeping the Range Bar itself at 80 ticks?

Or is Volume at Price Multiplier the only available method to achieve something similar?

Thank you.
