Hello, I would like to report that the Goto Date-Time window is displaying dates that are not present in the chart. As you can see in my screenshot, the bars start plotting from 2024-12-01. However, the Goto Date-Time window offers me the option to jump as far back as 2024-10-03. Since that date is not present in the chart window, clicking it moves the chart to 2024-12-01. Could you please ensure that this dropdown menu only includes dates where it is actually possible to jump to? Thank you. |

This will not change. There is no consideration to what dates are in the chart.

If the dates shown in the chart are not taken into account, how is the list of dates generated? Where do those extra days come from? I’d like to understand this. Thank you.

It is simply a list of dates, going back in time from the current date.

Okay. Your answer still doesn’t make it clear to me where those extra days in the list come from, but that’s fine. I don’t want to bother you with it. I’m only asking because I want to be as technically accurate as possible in my Sierra Charts tutorials, so my students have the best information and can quickly and easily work with the platform. Thanks anyway. |
