US Equities Consolidated Tape - Activation Blocked

Hello, I have Sierra Chart Package 11 (Integrated Advanced) and I completed the Non-Professional certification for US Equities Consolidated Tape (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX). However, the activation shows “Activations Blocked” and the Trading Account verification shows “Expired”. I am a non-professional personal trader from Saudi Arabia. I have a live funded trading account with Interactive Brokers. Please verify my account and remove the activation block so I can activate the US Equities Consolidated Tape data feed. Thank you |
