My data feed is delayed. I Followed your trouble shooting steps and still can't fix it.

Could you please help me to start receiving live data. I am subscribed to Denali feed and Teton routing, but my charts still keep downloading delayed data. I've tried all the steps I could find online to resolve this problem to no avail. This has been going on for days now. I simply need someone to diagnose what the problem is and help me solve it.

You do not have any exchanges active, so this is why you are getting delayed data.

You have properly completed the Exchange Agreements, but you have not activated any exchanges. You can activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link:

You better wait until Monday June 1st to activate your exchanges. Otherwise, you will charged twice. Once for May and again on June 1st for June.
