loading my footprint chart

in trying to figure out how to have my study ( 20 tick footprint chart) load automatically when i open the program, i now notice that it loads the data twice. i see " downloading historical data, etc" and the chart shows up for a split second and then it goes through the loading sequence again. how do i change the setting to only load once? if if helps i can send a video. |

From what you state, it is not "loading" twice. The first thing it is doing is downloading any missing data from when you last had the software running. This is what is occurring when you have the message "Downloading Historical Data". Then the actual data for the chart needs to load, which is what is occurring when you see the white background item that shows each day of data being loaded.
