Bid & Ask Depth Bars - Inaccurate data loading

I'm using Bid & Ask Depth Bars to display the difference of Bid - Ask in chart region 2. During the trading session, it always reverts to zero or near-zero at the present. When I click "Download Depth Data from Date/Time," from a time earlier in the day, it correctly displays the data up until the present moment, in which the chart reverts to zero. Any idea on how to get continuous Bid - Ask data to display correctly? |

It feels like an issue between loading historical depth data and live depth data - some sort of disconnect

We had given a response in the other post where you asked this question. But we asked for the calculation mode, which you gave us here, so we will continue the conversation in this thread. We need to see the entire chart, including the Time Scale, the Price Scale and the symbol.
