Trading From Customize Control bar on a chart

When I create a custom control bar and load it on a chart, the trade buttons are not working. So any button that starts with 'trade' is not working. (eg. Trade buy market, trade sell market, trade cancel all) However The 'cancel Orders All Symbols All accounts' button is working. Is there something I can do to have them functioning propertly for chart trading as I perfer the look of a customize control bar over a standard Trade window box. Thanks |

In order for those buttons to work on a specific chart, that chart needs to have the following options enabled: - Trade >> Chart Trade Mode On - Trade >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled But, if either one is not enabled, then you should have your Message Log open with a message stating the issue.
