Replay chart keeps freezing

I'm trying to replay 2 of the same charts at the same time using the "All charts in the chart book" or "charts with same link number" options however anytime I use them the replay stops working and even if I change it back to "single chart" it still doesn't work until I stop the replay and start from the beginning again, charts work as expected on single chart replay. Im currently on service package 5 using SC data for my feed

Make sure that ALL the charts you are replaying have data loaded that goes back at least as far as the date and time for which you want to start the replay.
