Hello! :D A few years ago (during 2023-2024) I was a NinjaTrader user and that platform allowed me to place stop market orders instead of limit orders. In case I'm not using the right terminology, I'll give an example: Let's say I'd think the price will break to the upside if it crosses one specific level. In that case, I'd click the middle button of the mouse (the mouse's wheel) and an order would be placed at the price the mouse would point to, a price that would be above the level the market is currently trading at. When the price would rise to touch my order, that order would instantly buy at market, so it wasn't a limit order. This kind of orders were very useful for breakout trades and I'm wondering if Sierra offers something similar as I was not able to find anything. Thank you very much for your help! :D |

yes of course, as you said this are Stop Market Orders. If you want a Buy Stop and are a DOM-trader like me, you just have to right-click the Bid above the price and vice versa
