I currently have an active Service Package and Denali Real-Time Exchange Data Feed, and I am connected via SC Data Stage 5 trading account per your recommendation. However, my charts are still Delayed about 10 minutes and I have been flagged as a "CME professional trader". Furthermore, all of my Denali Data Feed Exchanges options in Price (USD) now all appear quite expensive and some missing. Could you please confirm whether my CME Group non-professional exchange data is properly activated and linked to my account? If not, I would appreciate guidance on what steps are required to enable real-time data. |
