Intraday Data Download

Hi,

I'm attempting to load intraday charts but the charts begin at the current date and time.

I'm using continuous futures contracts with "Use Number of Days...." as the Load Data Limiting Method. The Date Range in File keeps defaulting to the current date for both the from and to fields.

I've deleted all and downloaded the data as well as switched the Load Data Limiting Method to Date Range.

When deleting all and downloading, it states that the historical intraday data is being downloaded but once complete, it still starts with the current date and time.

When using the Date Range method, the data is downloaded over the historical period up to the current date, but the current date starts at the current date and time. When switching back to the "Use Number of Days to Load" method, the historical data isn't loaded and the chart begins at the current date and time.

How can this be resolved so that the data file doesn't start with the current date and time but actually loads the number of days per the "Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type" field?

Thanks

I've fixed the issue.

The issue was isolated to a specific instrument.

I had to close all Chartbooks and manually delete all SCID files for that instrument.

I was then able to open a new chart that loaded the data properly which created a new SCID file for the instrument, allowing the prior Chartbooks to read that file when reopened.
