Question about CME dta usage with different trading services

HELLO If I connect my funded live account through Edgeclear Teton Order Routing at least once per month to qualify for non-professional CME data , and then later switch the trade service to Earn2trade, will I still be able to use the live CME data from Denali while executing trades on Earn2trade in other words,is it allowed and technically supported to receive CME data through a live funded account, but place trades through a different service like Earn2tarde within Sierra chart ? I would be appreciated a clear confirmation on whether this setup is supported and compliant Thank you |

The answer to this specific question is that this is fully allowed. As long as your "Verified Until" date is in the future, then you are verified as a Non-Professional for the CME Group. This date is how we keep track of this. It does not matter what trading service you are connecting to as long as that date is in the future. You can view your Verified Until date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges One item of note - if you are using a Teton account, then you do not actually need to connect once a month to your live account. This is handled "behind the scenes" for Teton accounts. So as long as your account with "Edge Clear" (or whatever broker) is valid, then your "Verified Until" date will automatically update regardless of you making a connection to that account or not. We do want to explain the other side of this, in that if you do not have a live account that qualifies, you will still be able to get real-time data until your "Verified Until" date is in the past. Connecting to a Prop Firm account (such as Earn2Trade) does not count towards the requirement of a live trading account.
