Hi, I need your advice.
Since I didn’t have a live, funded futures trading account last month, I signed up for a Professional package. However, I now have a funded live account through Dorman Trading. My Sierra Chart portal says: “Your account has been tagged as a CME Professional.”
My question is, can I change this to Non-Professional myself, or does that require a support ticket?
