Hi, I need your advice. Since I didn’t have a live, funded futures trading account last month, I signed up for a Professional package. However, I now have a funded live account through Dorman Trading. My Sierra Chart portal says: “Your account has been tagged as a CME Professional.” My question is, can I change this to Non-Professional myself, or does that require a support ticket? Thanks for your help. Best regards, Axel |

You need to redo the exchange agreements and fill them out as a Non-Professional. In particular, this means entering a "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" on the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". And selecting the answer of "I am a non-professional" in the "CME Non-Professional Certification. If you do not know your Clearing Firm, then enter your brokerage name. After you redo these, they will be reviewed and if they are filled out properly, then you status will be changed. It typically takes a few hours for the documents to be reviewed, but it could take as long as 24 hours. You can redo the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
