This started randomly with weekend 5/3, I can connect, but I'm not getting data for the symbols iv been using (F.US.EPM26, F.US.ENQM26, F.US.CLEM26). When I try to connect I get "Real time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol ..." I double checks my subscriptions, it looks like I'm paid though June and set to renew. How can I fix this?

Go to the bottom of this page here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices And reactivate the exchange you previously had active. You will need to add sufficient credit to your account to pay for the exchange fee. It did not renew because you did not have a sufficient credit at the time. Please note that this shouldn't happen if you have recurring billing active, which I did. When I checked today, Sierra has somehow turned off automatic recurring billing, so I have to reactive it and manually process a payment.

This can happen if there is a failed payment through PayPal, in order to prevent any further rejections, but we have to check on exactly what the case is for your account.
