I am having issues with importing my custom config, data and studies files that I have downloaded I've already copied them into the application but when I open the sierrachartarm they don't show up and trying to open just regular sierrachart64 won't open. Which application do I use and how can I get them to populate correctly. Again I'm using a mac and running Windows Parallel.

Let us take this one issue at a time.

Go to the folder you have installed Sierra Chart to, and run this executable:
SierraChart_ARM64.exe

Does Sierra Chart start?

Give us the file name of just one of these files so we can understand what you are referring to:
h importing my custom config, data and studies files that I have downloaded
Is one of the files the Sierra4.config file?

That needs to go into the Sierra Chart installation folder.

"C:\SierraChart\SierraChartStudies_ARM64.dll"

SierraChart_ARM64 opens and starts yes in the fold it's labelled as a dll file though not .exe

below are the files I'm trying to get to run:

installed in main Sierra folder on c drive
"C:\SierraChart\Sierra4.config"
"C:\SierraChart\KeyboardShortcuts4.config"

C:\SierraChart\Data

Basic - Indices DOM Trading.Cht

C:\SierraChart\ACS_Source

"C:\SierraChart\ACS_Source\PercentFromReference_IndependentScale_v4.cpp"
"C:\SierraChart\ACS_Source\RotationLevels_TickBased_CustomTickSize_SameAsRegion.cpp"
"C:\SierraChart\ACS_Source\CustomTargetLinesSameScale.cpp"

Do you mean it has a DLL suffix when looking at it within the file manager:

SierraChart_ARM64 opens and starts yes in the fold it's labelled as a dll file though not .exe

That is strange. The file name definitely should end with an exe. But at least it is running.

We see you have two installations of Sierra Chart. Are you running the Sierra Chart executable program from this folder:
C:\SierraChart

So I ended up just reinstalling sierra entirely and copying everything I did before. This time there is a "C:\SierraChart\SierraChart_ARM64.exe" path and now the custom studies and chartbooks seem to be functioning as expected.
