Hello, This morning, I am not receiving the live data feed and last night's data is missing some areas. I rebooted Sierra, I looked to change the symbol to another to see if that was the issue. I don't have any symbol in the Find Symbol window. See picture. |

When you have an issue like what is showing in your Find Symbol window, where items are not being displayed, then you need to reboot your computer. This typically means that your computer is out of resources to be able to properly draw that window. After you reboot, only start Sierra Chart - do not start other applications you do not need. I went through several protocols to try to figure this out. Resource issue is not an issue; no changes in PC or methodology to account for what is happening. Is there a way to force a refresh on the Sierra end of this? It seems we're not receiving the data feeds for chartbooks that have been running fine for months. I installed the 2899 version when it first came out. Any suggestions are appreciated. |

The first thing is to make sure that windows are being drawn properly, as nothing else will matter if you are not able to work in the system properly. What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? And please get us an image of your "File >> Find Symbol" window after you rebooted your system. Thank you for the response. I updated to the pre-release version 2902, and all seems to be working correctly. It may have been a corrupted file. I can roll it back and check, but I think I'll stay where I am with 2902. Thanks for the help. |

If everything is working in version 2902, then stay on that release and do not worry about what was occurring. Just look forward, and if something comes up then let us know.
