I have asked Chat GPT and Gemini questions related to ACSIL, and constantly got Functions and Variables that don't exist in Sierra's library. Recently I started using Grok, it has a very high accuracy, almost 100%, not just ACSIL, but all general questions related to usages as well. I understand engineering team hates LLMs, but I can't even imagine how much time and energy could be saved for Sierra's support team if majority of users use Grok. We are glad it has worked for you. But, quite honestly, AI has done nothing but create issues for us. As you stated, it often comes back with wrong answers. And as one of our developers put it in a conversation I was having with him - the AI "Fakes it Till it Makes It". So it always returns with what sounds like a correct answer, even if that answer has absolutely no validity to it. So we end up fighting with customers over what is actually correct. They feed our responses back to the AI and wait for AI to tell them what to do. This DOES NOT WORK! We also see postings that are way too long and contain all kinds of irrelevant information. To sum up - we would prefer that people do NOT use AI for their troubleshooting. It causes us more time and pain than if they simply did not use it.
