I recently reviewed the mobile notification update. In my experience, these changes have transformed a previously useful feature into something cumbersome and largely unhelpful. Is this a permanent change?

The entire chat message text is now provided through mobile notifications again, and we are adding an option today to control whether you want the entire message text, or a link to the web chat application (to provide the actual full text of the notifications). Links to chart images are also more easily viewed in the web chat.
